How to Use

Fill glass with 12 ounces of water.^
^Notice: Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing.
Step 2
Mix 2 teaspoons of powder into 12 ounces of water. If you're new to psyllium husk, start with 1 teaspoon, working your way up to 2 teaspoons after 3-5 days of use.
Step 3
Stir until powder is fully mixed and continue stirring as you drink. To avoid gelling we recommend consuming within 5-7 minutes of mixing.

Fiber Rescue can be taken any time of day. If consuming at night, make sure to take the product a few hours before bed. Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated through the night.
We recommend starting with a lower dose and gradually increasing to a full serving 1-2 times a day for best results.
