You can also add a small amount of plant-based milk, creamer or an ice cube to quickly bring the temperature down. Then, mix in your Daily Prebiotic Fiber.
We recommend starting with a single serving of Daily Prebiotic Fiber and gradually increasing your dosage if you’re looking to supplement your diet with more than 7g of fiber. However you will get all the benefits from a daily, single dose, so increasing your servings isn’t necessary.
You can take Daily Prebiotic Fiber any time of day, however, we recommend finding a way to incorporate it into an established daily routine (like a morning smoothie or tea) to ensure consistency and the best results.
