I was introduced to Bio.me recently and I was so happy to give them a try! The powder is tasteless and I’ve tried it for a couple weeks now and I feel like it’s been working very well. I feel less bloated and it’s been making my gut health better.

This product does exactly as it states! After consistent use, my gut and body are 100% regular and I overall feel better and find myself less sluggish. I have tried other prebiotics and this one does NOT cause any cramping or bloating like many, and will be a staple in my daily routine! It truly has been the best prebiotic I have ever used.
