We recommend consuming Gut Remedy either as a "gentle cleanse" or "super-dose detox".

- Gentle Cleanse: You can take one serving (6 capsules) of Gut Remedy all at once or divided throughout the day. For example, take 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the evening. Regardless of how you consume, drink 12 ounces of water alongside each dose.

- Super-Dose Detox: Take 6 capsules of Gut Remedy in the morning and 6 capsules before bed. Drink 12 ounces of water alongside each dose. To mitigate unpleasant side efffects, do not take all 12 capsules at the same time.

However, as a general rule of thumb, we recommend the following guidelines:

Try a Gentle Cleanse following:

- Recent exposure to pathogens

Try a Super-dose Detox following:

- A bout of food poisoning

- International travel

- Infection (bacterial, fungal, viral)

We do not recommend Gut Remedy to children due to the cascara sagrada. If you have a tween or teen, consult with a healthcare professional to determine if Gut Remedy is appropriate for them.

For older individuals, we recommended starting with adhering to the "Gentle Cleanse" usage guidelines. If there is any concern prior to taking Gut Remedy, older individuals should consult their healthcare provider before incorporating it into their wellness regimen.
